Booking:


1. How can we book a trip? / What is the process of Booking?

A. You can book online thru our website www.vighnahartatravels.in, click the link Enquiry, as per your need select the suitable vehicle, then fill the dates as per your plan and fill the travel details, name, mobile number. Press submit button, further our staff will contact you further for closing formalities.

Otherwise, you can reach to our staff directly thru phone +91 94032 78719, WhatsApp to +91 98813 60719 they will respond and help you further clearly in booking process.


2. Do I need to register to book the vehicle?

A. Not at all required, you can use our services without any registration policy. Just you need to provide the details during booking process.


3. After how much time will I receive the booking confirmation and details?

A. We will arrange to send the booking confirmation within 20 minutes; however, the details of vehicle number and driver details will be given before 4-5 hours prior to the journey. In case the messages are not delivered, please contact customer care number +91 94032 78719.


4. How many months in advance should I book my journey?

A. We recommend that your travel bookings should be made 3-4 months in advance, especially if you are travelling in high tourist seasons i.e. between October- March and May – June. Depending upon your hotel booking status, we should be able to accommodate the case of late/last minute booking.

For local, intercity travel, please book before 1-2 days to ensure the best available range of vehicles.

5. How is the price calculated for alocal car rental service?

A. Local car rental fares contains of various variables as below:
• Base Fare: This is minimum rate, which will be charged. The base fares are generally available on two options i.e. one on 4 hours 40 Km and second on 8 hours 80 Km packages respectively.
• Additional Km Charges: If the actual travelled distance is higher than minimum distance, additional amount per additional Km will be charged.
• Additional Km Charges: If the actual hours are higher than minimum usage hours, additional amount per additional hours will be charged.
• Toll and Parking Charges: These will be charged on actual at the end of the journey. Relevant receipts will be handed over to you during settlement.
• Staring and closing Km along with Time are calculated from our office and back.


6. How is the price calculated for an intercity car rental service?

A. Intercity car rental fares contains of various variables as below:
• Per KM Rate: This is base rate, which will be charged on every KM travelled. The rate varies with car models and operators.
• Minimum KM charged per day: As per the usage, there is a minimum distance, which will be charged. If the actual travelled distance is higher than minimum distance, the later will be charged.If the actual travelled distance is lower than minimum distance, thenminimum distance will be charged. Please refer our fare packages for intercity travels.
• Daily Driver allowances: In the intercity travel does not end before 22:00 then, customers need to pay driver night allowances. The allowance amount varies with type of car and it is applicable from IST 22:00 to 05:00.
• Toll, parking and state taxes: These will be charged on actual at the end of the journey. Relevant receipts will be handed over to you during settlement.
• Definition of a day: Day is defined as 12 midnight to next day 12 midnight for all the fare calculation purposes.
• Staring and closing Km along with Time are calculated from our office and back.


7. What is the inclusion and exclusion in a package tour price?

A. The tour price is only inclusive of travel charges and it is exclusive of your stay, food, sightseeing, entrance charges, toll charges, parking charges, Guide Services, etc.

8. What all payment options are available?

A. The different payment options available with us are:

  • Cheque/ Demand Draft
  • Internet Banking (Online Bank account)
  • By Cash
  • Thru PayTM


9. Will paying by Cheque/ DD slow my booking order?

A. Your booking confirmation is subject to clearance of the amount. We accept only Cheque of Indian Banks;however, Online Transfer is the preferred mode of acceptance.


On Tour

10. Will be there any night journeys on tour?

A. We do night journeys only when it is required. As far as possible, we avoid night travels.


11. Can wake-up calls be arranged on tours?

A. Yes, as per your choice, you do get telephonic wakeup call through the driver, however to be on the safer side it is advisable to have your mobile alarms set.


12. What help will be provided, if I break the scheduled tour, because of illness?

A. On tour if you fall sick, Tour Coordinator will support you in making all provisions for the medical aid, doctor on call etc. However, the expenses will have to be borne by you. Here, Insurance plays a major role hence we highly recommend that you should get yourself and your family insured adequately before travel.


13. Can I get medicine on a Tour?

A. Generic medicines are available with the Team Leader. For specific medicines, we highly recommend you to carry sufficient medicines along with you on tour.


14. How can I change or cancel the booking?

A. For changing the booking plan or cancellation, you can either mail us at info@vighnahartatravels.in or contact us via Contact No. +91 94032 78719. Cancellation charges may apply as per Cancellation Policy and details mentioned in Terms and Conditions.


Tour Leader / Guide

15. Does the Tour Leader/ Guide assist us on the entire tour?

A. In case of group tours booked with Bus/ Mini-Bus, the tour leader/ guide will assist you throughout the tour. However, they are not responsible for baggage or any kind of personal belongings, which you carry by hand. Our driver will act as a guide in case of 2-4 people travelling in Cab/ Taxi, here there won’t be any Tour Leader/ Guide


16. In which language will the Tour Leader/ Guide communicate with us on tour?

A. The Tour Leader/ Guide will preferably communicate or give instructions on tour in Marathi, Hindi and if required in English (to the possible best extent).


Refund

17. After doing the payment, am I eligible for refund?

A. If we cancel the tour/ trip, actual amount paid as paid by you will be returned. But, if you cancel the tour, the cancellation charges will be applicable as per “Cancellation Policy” mentioned in “Terms and Conditions”


18. What time does usually refund process takes?

A. Normally, it takes 7-10 working days to process refunds, once the guest agrees on refund amount.


19. In what mode does, the refund amount is remitted.

A. As per the “Cancellation Policy”, the refund amount will be credited to the same mode of payment that you had used while booking; the only exception in this case is if you had used Cash/Demand Draft in such case, the mode of payment for refund will be 'Account Payee' Cheque only. In case of Credit Card, the transaction would be reversed accordingly, considering the bank charges/Service charges on Credit Card payments, which is non-refundable.

21. What is the size of a tour group?

A. Normally, the number of travelers varies depending on the destination and occasion planned. Starting from group size of 2-3 to big group of 10-12 and huge group size will be around 30-50.


22. Do you provide Leave Travel Certificate?

A. Yes, wecan provide the LTC,please inform us in advance about your necessity at the time of booking itself.


23. What kind of documents do I require for travelling?

A. Indian nationals need to have any valid Driving License/ Voter Card/ Aadhar Card. Foreigners should carry Passport and it is mandatory.


24. At sightseeing places, will you assist in suggesting shopping places?

A. For authentic items, Shopping is recommended from Government Emporiums. We can take you to those places during your visit to related places. Most of the large stores will courier your purchases, and to avoid postal delays, it is advisable to carry your shopping with you.
